Lesson 1

Today has been nice..... Ok, I shouldn't say this. The moment I had written that sentence down I got a phone call from a customer who complained about everything there is to complain and threatened to contact my supervisor because he wasn't happy with the answer I gave him... and all it was to find out where he can get a certain product. He wasn't happy about the fact that there wasn't a store closer to where he lives. I guess people expect me to transform into a shop and run next to their house. It's the same with customers who think that I can magically fix their stuff through the phone. Those people make me mad at first, but after a while it makes me feel good about my life, it is so easy. I don't remember ever having a moment when I was yelling to a complete stranger over the phone about something that really is no ones fault - or usually the one to blame is the person herself. E.g. if you want to have all the necessary stores nearby then move to a big city, you can't have it all... Plus it's a fact that if you are nice to the customer service you will get much quicker and better results - no one wants to serv a customer who is impossible to handle. SO next time you don't get your magazine from the mail or your tv explodes don't yell at the person over the phone as if it was her fault, ask nicely what has happened and you'd be surprised how quick things get sorted out, plus you might even get some extra. Also keep in mind that sometimes there is nothing that can be done and you will end up paying the bill no matter how much you yell, kick and scream...
But enough about that already, I would like to tell you about my grazy garlic that has grown 10cm in few days. It's insane!!! I kept the poor garlic in the fridge for few weeks so it can experience winter and now it's in an old yoghurt can on my kitchen window. How big will it grow??? I'll post a picture of it at some point for you to admire... Have a great day! I'll write something more if I get a moment when there is absolutely nothing else to do.
